When I go into the office it's always decorated with seasonal doodads and a big 'ol bowl of hershey's kisses (candy? really, at the orthodontist?) I say skip the chocolate and display of stuffed bunnies and give me back my 20 bucks! Please?

On a related note, we got the pricing for Spencer's helmet: $1801.54. Umm, what? Why the extra $1.54? Please, people! That's just obnoxious. Throw me a bone, will ya?
